As well as assisting clients on a regular basis, we also perform ‘one-off’ assignments. We have assisted clients where their in-house finance team has had to divert its resources for a period and they needed reliable, professional help to see them through a particular challenging time. We have assisted companies prepare their accounts for due diligence processes for a sale of the business or venture capital financing. We have assisted where unforeseen circumstances have led to the complete breakdown of a clients accounting function.
We have advised clients on the start up of their business, on the implementation of systems and controls and acted as advisors through the many financial issues arising from the start up of a new business.
